MEET DR. SHINDE
Dr. Shinde was born in Brantford, Ontario, and shortly thereafter moved to Stratford, where he was raised. He attended Western University, where he received his Honors Bachelor of Science in Physiology, Master of Science in Epidemiology, and Doctor of Dental Surgery.
Throughout his time in dentistry, Dr. Shinde has continued his passion for education by gaining knowledge in many aspects of dentistry, some of which include Invisalign, CEREC Crowns (one appointment crowns), Implantology, Cosmetic dentistry, and laser therapy. He is committed to learning through continuing education.
While living in Stratford, Dr. Shinde gained an appreciation for the culture of theatre and arts, which he continues to enjoy when not working. He also plays many sports in his spare time, such as hockey, basketball, and volleyball.

I’ve been a nervous patient for most of my life but Balsam Dental is the most relaxing office I’ve ever visited. The lovely heritage home and fireplace in the waiting room make it a homey experience. I’ve been with several of their dentists over the years and all have been very good. Sarah, the hygienist is the best! And Teresa at the front desk provides a warm welcome. I actually look forward to visiting the dentist now .
Great Clinic! Great staff! Great experienced! There’s a good vibe in everyone inside the clinic. I’m one of those who doesn’t like to go to a dental clinic because of bad experienced but during my first appointment at Balsam Dental Clinic all the staff makes me feel comfortable. Katrina (dental hygienist) was so nice and very good in what she do. She made made everything easy for me. Katrina explained very well all the process that we were doing for me to understand and discussed the other things that I need to go through. Thank you!
